Derby City Council workers sacked over cemetery TikTok videos

Two council staff had been sacked over “insensitive and disrespectful” TikTok movies filmed at a cemetery.

Derby Town Council suspended the employees in June over the movies recorded at Nottingham Street cemetery. A 3rd particular person gained a last caution.

The movies, seen hundreds of instances at the social media platform, confirmed two males dancing whilst sporting a coffin and some other joking round close to an open grave.
